Winemaking: After careful selection, the grapes are destemmed, pressed, and vinified with a long maceration of the skins in stainless steel fermenters at a controlled temperature of 28°C. Once malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is aged in 25hl Slavonian oak barrels for approximately 12 months, followed by bottling.
