Description :
In exceptional years, selected Pinot Noir grapes are harvested from a single site in Pinzano in the south of Alto Adige. Vinification takes place using one-third whole clusters with stems and two-thirds destemmed grapes. Temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in new barriques.
