      'Campirosa' (literally 'Pink Fields') is a refreshing Rosé made with 100% Montepulciano grapes.
      Cryomaceration on the skins for 15 hours to enhance the varietal aromas, then vinification at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts.

      Tasting notes :
