  Altitud Organic Malbec embodies Andeluna's commitment to sustainable winemaking and honoring this unique terroir.
  Vinification: Mechanical harvest of organic grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, using native yeasts. Daily pump-overs, combined with one or two délestages daily, if necessary. Unoaked. Bottle aging for 7 months before release.
  Certified by ECOCERT. Vegan. Lightweight bottle and recycled paper used in label and packaging.

  Tasting notes :
