Overshadowed by its more famous neighboring appellations Volnay and Meursault, the village of Monthélie often slips under the radar, but the estate's focus and emphasis on terroir-driven wines has played a crucial role in elevating the reputation of this lesser-known appellation, putting the village at the center of many conversations on Burgundy's hidden gems. Under the stewardship of David Dubuet, the domaine has expanded across 8 hectares, with vineyard holdings not only in Monthélie but also in nearby appellations such as Auxey-Duresses and Volnay.
