Gevrey-Chambertin Les Évocelles

    • Description :

      Les Evocelles is located at the very north-east portion of Gevrey-Chambertin and is principally in Brochon. It is one of the most well-known climats in Burgundy and borders the 1er Cru of Champeaux and Les Goulots to the south.
      Grapes are hand harvested and destemmed and then fermentation starts spontaneously. Approximately 40% new wood is used in the aging process, the rest being 2 to 3 year old casks.
