      Tasting notes :

      An exotic nose filled with cantaloupe, Asian pear, and wet slate. Vibrant flavors of lime, brioche, Grapefruit peel, and just a hint of rosemary evolve into a crunchy mid-palate that fans out on the long, lingering finish—staying focused with a wonderful vein of salinity throughout.
