      Winemaking: Whole cluster pressed to 500L French oak barrels for ferment. 40% new. Native ferment; lees are stirred occasionally; full malolactic fermentation.
      Aging: 16 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

      Tasting notes :

      Aromas of lemon zest, pineapple, white pepper, and jasmine. The palate offers superb depth, with flavors of Babcock peach, lemongrass, and nutmeg that tighten up on the long, mineral-driven finish.
