      Distilled in a double pot still at Allt-A-Bhaiine, an active distillery located not far from Braeval in the Speyside region of the Highlands. 21 years in cask brings multiple layers of complexity and nuance.

      Tasting Notes :

      On the nose, unripe hints of yellow fruit and dough. It is dry on the palate with salty, tasty and rich tones. The finish is slightly mineral.
