Domaine de la Bonne Tonne
Beaujolais, France

Anne-Laure Grillet and Thomas Agatensi took over Domaine de la Bonne Tonne from Marcel Grillet in 2019 as seventh-generation owners. Thomas had worked in the solar panel industry for ten years before working with the Bret Brothers in Macon. 2019 marks Thomas' first vintage on his own.
The winery has been practicing organic farming methods since 2003, and has been certified organic in the EU by Ecocert since 2006. Additionally, the estate has been utilizing different biodynamic preparations since 2007.
The vineyard holdings stretch over 6.5 hectares: four sites in Morgon and two sites in Régnié. Anne-Laure and Thomas are passionate about producing high-quality wines from Beaujolais.
