In the prestigious Burgundy region, Domaine Odoul-Coquard stands out for its long-standing commitment to exceptional winemaking. Over 4 generations, the estate has honed its craft to produce wines that vividly express the character of their varied terroirs and reflect a harmonious balance of tradition and innovation, resulting in wines of remarkable complexity and elegance.

Located in Morey-Saint-Denis, in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, Domaine Odoul-Coquard was founded in the early 20th century and has remained family-owned and operated for four generations. Today, Sébastien Odoul continues this legacy, drawing from his extensive experience at acclaimed Burgundy producers such as Domaine Dujac, and Domaine Thierry Mortet. These prestigious experiences deeply informed his winemaking approach, balancing tradition with contemporary techniques. In 2004, Sébastien returned to the family estate to work alongside his parents, Sylvette and Thierry, before taking over as winemaker in 2009.​

​The domaine controls 9 hectares of vineyards, spanning 21 appellations from Gevrey-Chambertin to Nuits-Saint-Georges. One of the estate's most notable holdings is its majority ownership of the lieu-dit vineyard of Les Crais Gillon in Morey-Saint-Denis. This diversity of prestigious vineyard sites, combined with Sébastien's expertise, has elevated Odoul-Coquard to a rising star among Burgundy producers, with a growing reputation for producing wines that balance elegance, finesse, and structure, with a focus on expressing the unique character of each vineyard site. ​

​While Domaine Odoul-Coquard may not yet have the centuries-old reputation of some of the more established Burgundian names, it has earned its place as a rising star, thanks to Sébastien's meticulous approach in both vineyard management and winemaking. Its reputation for high-quality, terroir-driven wines is steadily growing, making it a favorite among those in the know, especially for its ability to produce wines that bridge tradition and modern precision. As a result, Domaine Odoul-Coquard has become a must-watch name among connoisseurs, collectors, and critics. ​
