18% Barnes Vineyard - Cascade Foothills, WV AVA
15% Ribbon Ridge Vineyard - Ribbon Ridge AVA
10% Arlyn Vineyard - Chehalem Mts. AVA
8% Sunnyside Vineyard - East Salem, WV AVA
Winemaking: The grapes were carefully sorted and mostly destemmed. The small-lot fermentations were un-inoculated and punched gently hand. Once dry, the must was pressed and sent to barrel after a short settling period. The wine was aged in completely neutral French cooperage for the duration of its elevage. The final blend contains 16% whole cluster.
