      Harvest: Hand harvested in late August.
      Vinification: The grapes are harvested when ripe with gentle pressing and a slow fermentation.
      Aging: 100% stainless steel.

      Tasting notes :

      Pale yellow color with golden reflections. An aromatic bouquet, with notes of ripe peach, apple, and fresh florals with a hint of flint stone. On the palate Dalia is rich, mineral and fresh.
