Description :
The grapes are mechanically harvested in the early hours of the morning to create an attractively pale-colored wine. Vinification is performed in the traditional fashion, in stainless steel vats. Fermentation is temperature-controlled, and malolactic fermentation is avoided to retain crisp, fresh aromas.

40% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 30% Cinsault

Tasting notes :
Delicate, with elegant, floral aromas. Lively minerality on the palate with strawberry notes. A perfect aperitif and also delicious with shellfish and traditional Southern French dishes.
