Description :
This is a single vineyard wine that has an interesting history. Pomegranates once grew here and the roots of the Syrah and Touriga Franca vines are intertwined with the old pomegranate tree roots, thus imparting unique characteristics to these wines.
After hand harvesting, vinification takes place in open tanks. 100% of the batch aged 20 months in new French oak barrels.

Tasting notes :
Dense, dark and opaque in color. Aromas of black fruits, mint, cardamom, and earth. Well-balanced with structuring tannins and a long, concentrated finish.
