This delicate rosé is made from a blend of varieties that are indigenous to the Veneto region: 60% Corvina, 25% Rondinella, and 15% Molinara. The Farina family sources these grapes from the hilly vineyards east of Lake Garda surrounding Verona. The short maceration on the skins is followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
