21 Grams is a story of collaboration - between wineries, artist and nature. The goal is to create a story that is greater than a single entity. It's a story of multiple vineyards and winemakers across Washington. We farm the premier Washington Cabernet Vineyards - sites such as Cold Creek, Phinny Hill and Two Blondes. The best barrels of our best Bordeaux varieties are then selected and matured. The result is a blend that perfectly represents the essence of any particular year. 21 Grams is a wine for cellaring - patience is certain to be rewarded. This wine was aged in 45% new oak.

Waters Winery donates proceeds from the sale of each bottle of 21 Grams to the International Arts Movement, a non-profit organization created by Fujimura to gather artists and creative catalysts from around the world to address the deep questions of art, faith and humanity.
