Description :
Location: Sourced from hillside vineyards in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA, reminiscent of the grand crus of Burgundy's Côte d'Or.
Vintage Notes: The 2023 experienced a late start with cold spring conditions and a heat spike in August, followed by September rains that enhanced concentration and flavor; which delivered wines with powerful aromatics and well-structured tannins.
Vinification: The grapes are hand harvested and go through a long and cool stainless-steel fermentation process. Malolactic fermentation is blocked to preserve freshness.Grape varieties :
