Description :
Location: Sourced from the prestigious Hyland vineyard in the McMinnville AVA. This is one of Oregon's oldest vineyards that consistently produces fruit of high quality. Taking queues from the Champagne region of France, Andre settled with a cepage of 90% Chardonnay with 10% Pinot Noir.
Vinification: The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are vinified separately. The Pinot Noir goes through a light press and is combined with the Chardonnay.Grape varieties :
