The extended hang time and mild daytime temperatures helped preserve acidity and promote layered flavor development, especially crucial for Zinfandel, a variety known for its uneven ripening. The resulting wine showcases both site and season: vibrant and fruit-forward, yet remarkably structured and mineral-driven, capturing the essence of Monte Rosso's rugged terrain and the elegance of a cool vintage.
Vinification: Hand-sorted grapes, stemless fermentation, aged 10 months in neutral and French oak barrels.
