Tasting notes :
Franchetti has the presence of a dark thoroughbred—powerful, sleek and tightly wound. It unfolds gradually in the glass, starting restrained before revealing dusty dried florals, plum, brown spice, cardamom, savory herbs and a hint of cocoa. The palate is rich and velvety, almost weighty, yet energized by brisk acidity and tart fruit that keeps it in balance, finishing with a gentle grip of polished tannins, dark floral tones, and lingering black currant.
