      Vinification and Aging:
      -Sustainable agriculture
      -Plowing, leaf removal & green harvests
      -Spontaneous fermentation in large wooden vats
      -5 weeks maceration
      -Fermentation with caps fully submerged
      -18 months aging in wooden vats

      Grape varieties :

      60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot

      Soil :

      Gravel, sand, clay & marl

      Alcohol :

      13.5%
