Winemaking: This is a big red blend using a couple of traditional Italian varietals and one traditional French varietal. Also, like the French Rhônes we add a splash of white wine, just a small percentage of our Evolution Lucky No. 9 White, to bring in another layer of complexity that lifts the aromatics, color and flavor.
