      'Les Vermots' is a parcel at the entrance of the village on the hillside. This Lieu Dit is actually right next door to the Doudet winery. The vineyards are farmed using "Lutte raisonnée" (sustainable) practices for the past 15 years.
      Vinification: Careful selection of the grapes at harvest using a sorting table. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Maturation in oak barrels over a period of 13 months.

      Tasting notes :

      Aromas of yellow flowers on the nose. Wide and well-balanced structure with fine tannins and a hint of vanilla. Creamy and generous with balanced acidity.
