Description :

Located in the village of Savigny-Lès-Beaune, this parcel (monopoly) is adjacent to Domaine Doudet's cellars and belongs to the Domaine. This vineyard is located in the appellation of "Savigny-Lès-Beaune."
The vineyards are farmed using "Lutte raisonnée" (sustainable) practices for the past 15 years.
Vinification: Grapes are picked from the sorting table by hand. Controlled temperatures during de-stemming. 
Aging: The wine is aged for 13 months in French oak barrels (Allier and Nevers) with 20% new oak barrels.
