The name "Les Deux Anges" comes from the statue of two angels that were discovered on the estate during the renovation of the winery building.
The grapes are sorted twice. Pressing and cold stabilization. The fermentation process is temperature-controlled at all times to help preserve the wine's flavors and its subtle character.​
