      This style of Virginia Sauvignon Blanc is closer in profile to a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.
      Vineyard: Paeonian Springs Virginia
      Vinification: Fermented and aged in 100% stainless-steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation in order to retain malic acid, creating a bright and crisp wine.

      Tasting notes :

      Notes of apricot, passion fruit, peach, and mango, followed by a hint of guava and cotton candy. Light-bodied with well-balanced acidity, very clean and crisp with a nice minerality component that brings some complexity to this wine.
