Winemaking: Gentle pressing of the grapes followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in tank. Aging on lees for 3-6 months in tank.Grape varieties :

Pale gold with green highlights. Pronounced, expressive, and complex nose—exotic fruits, blackcurrant buds, grapefruit, and peach—as well as some floral notes. Well-balanced, long, and rich on the palate. Seductively fresh and fruity. Fresh, fruit-driven, very modern wine. Ideal wine by the glass.
