Michel Aroldi began his winemaking career by vinifying whites and learned a lot alongside his late and famous friend Didier Dagueneau. At Dompierre, he crafts a highly distinctive cuvée exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc, featuring citrus aromas in a style clearly reminiscent of Loire Valley whites.
