      Named for the rare gemstone, Topaz Impérial shows a pinkish-peach hue. The wine spends 1.5 years aging on the lees after fermentation.

      Tasting notes :

      Pronounced aromas of white flowers and mandarin intermingle with hints of cantaloupe and nectarine. Flavors of hibiscus meld with ripe strawberry and white cherry, while a creamy mousse leads to a concentrated palate. Delicate and persistent, its fine bubbles compose a harmonious ballet.
