      Etna Bianco DOC is made from 100% Carricante grapes. Carricante is an indigenous grape of the ETNA region. In fact it is the only place in the world where this grape is grown. The wines of the Carricante grape have great aging potential.
      Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel followed by 6 months resting on the lees. The wine stays in bottle for 9 months before release.
