Description :
Vinification: Harvested by hand, between 50% and 80% of whole clusters depending on the vintage. Natural yeast, spontaneous fermentation in concrete before aging in oak barrels, 30% of which are new.

Tasting notes :
Garnet color with aromas of stewed and jammy red fruits. Beautiful balance on the palate with minerality and power on the finish.
