A friend from Drinks Up explains it perfectly. There is nothing better than taking your good childhood memories of having a milkshake, and then adding booze to it.
HOW TO DRINK: Great just out of the bottle, wonderful in coffee or over ice cream, the best is to keep it in the freezer. That way it's almost like liquid ice cream!
