      Made with organic and foraged native botanicals (Black Mission Fig, Sarsaparilla, Roasted Dandelion Root, California Sage Brush and more). Sustainably sourced ingredients and currently the only domestic vermouth poised to be fully certified sustainable by 2026.

      Tasting Notes :

      Pumpkin spice on the nose. More baking spices up front with a sweet sarsaparilla note and a unique drying finish. Appropriate for all traditional uses.

      Grape Varieties :

      Symphony (Muscat and Grenache Gris hybrid) and neutral grape brandy.
