Emblem of tradition and quality, Caroline Parent seamlessly weaves the legacies of two illustrious Burgundy winemaking families - the Gros family of Côte de Nuits and the Parent family of Côte de Beaune. As daughter of François Parent and Anne Françoise Gros, Caroline is the fourteenth  generation of the Parent lineage. She draws on this rich savoir-faire and heritage to perpetuate the Burgundy tradition while fully embracing the evolving landscape for the future generations.
In her pursuit of expressing the typicity and richness of Burgundy terroir, Caroline places unwavering trust in her father and crafts wines predominantly sourced from personal or familial vines. When sourcing from other vineyards, she selectively collaborates with like-minded winemakers from the region. Caroline's style favors the elegance and the finesse of the wines which are anchored in the timeless tradition of Burgundy.
