Domaine la Bosque

Olivia and Maxime Calas founded Domaine la
Bosque in 2016. They own 10 hectares of vines in the AOP of Saint-Chinian, nestled
amongst oak streets and strawberry plants in the heart of the Languedoc-Roussillon.
The estate has been certified organic in the EU since 2020. Olivia and Maxime are intent on preserving their
land and have great respect for the environment. They call themselves "epicurean winegrowers" and they describe this project as
being all about love, friendship and integrity. Minimal intervention in the winemaking process produces
authentic wines of great character that are truly representative of this unique
terroir.
