Domaine des Coltabards

Domaine des Coltabards is located in the municipality of Ménétréol, a plateau between Sancerre and the Loire. The estate covers seven hectares that sit mainly on Kimmeridgien and silex soil types and the vineyards are farmed using Lutte Raisonnée (sustainable farming) methods to improve the overall health of the vines and the surrounding ecosystem. Domaine Coltabards is also HVE3 Certified, which is the highest level of sustainable certification in the Haute Valeur Environnementale range. The harvests are hand-picked and the parcels are vinified separately.
