Description :
This wine comes from grapes grown in two small vineyards of 13 hectares each, which surround the 16th-century building, Casato "Prime Donne." Among the barrels are frescoes of the history of Montalcino.
Vinification: 15 days in truncated cone-shaped bare concrete vats with open cap, puncher and automatic temperature control. Both spontaneous vinifications and vinifications with the use of indigenous yeasts selected at Casato Prime Donne were made. Excellent content of polyphenols, very colorful and fragrant musts.
Aging: At least two years in 15-20 hl barrels and 5-7 hl French oak barrels.Grape varieties :

Tasting notes :
