Description :
Location: Vineyards located in the southern subzone of La Mancha, surrounding the city of Ciudad Real.
Vinification: The grapes are destemmed, and a pre-fermentative maceration is carried out for 8 hours before pressing. Temperature-controlled fermentation (inoculated with neutral yeasts) at very low temperatures.Grape varieties :
70% Verdejo, 30% Sauvignon Blanc
Soil :
Sandy soils intermixed with small chunks of limestone. The surface is intermixed with iron rich red clay.

Quadrum White is a blend of 70% Verdejo and 30% Sauvignon Blanc. The region of La Mancha offers ideal growing conditions with a hot and dry climate, sandy soils, and high elevation. Verdejo is Spain's most important indigenous aromatic white varietal. With slightly different harvest times, these two acidic, fresh, aromatic white varietals blend together to offer a balanced, elegant white wine.
