Rose Gold
AOP Côtes de Provence Rosé
-
Description :
Crafted from grapes grown in vineyards located in Provence's "Golden Triangle" just 50 miles northwest of Saint Tropez, Rose Gold Rosé benefits from an ideal combination of red clay and limestone soils. This soil structure imparts a unique minerality, with the limestone contributing vibrant acidity and the red clay enhancing depth. The low-yielding vines in this region ensure concentrated flavors, while the cooling maritime winds and afternoon sun create a balance between freshness and ripe fruit character, resulting in a wine that is both expressive and refined.
Vinification: Gentle pressing in oxygen-free conditions. Minimal skin contact. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. Wine rests on lees for 3 to 4 months before bottling.
