Created by Giuseppe Gallo, creator of Italicus. An aperitivo that takes inspiration from the Venetian merchants who would travel the Silk Road collecting valuable spices. Combines of over 24 hand selected botanicals and spices including saffron, cinnamon and red tea.
Tasting Notes :
Intense notes of orange wine with layers of exotic spices and citrus. Bitter orange, lime and bergamot. Also pomegranate (and a whisper of elderflower and other floral signposts) infused with a touch of ginger and saffron spice.
