P-Oui (pee-wee) Yes-Pinot is the celebration of Pinot Noir and is a cross section of the Willamette Valley to make "One Pinot Under a Groove." Only bottled in half bottles to complement dining alone or enjoying a glass with a friend.
Location: Fruit is sourced from several of the finest vineyards from a variety of appellations in the Willamette Valley.
Vinification: Grapes are harvested in October. Pressing is followed by a seven-day cold soak with an additional 18 days of skin contact. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, 25% new.
