Description :
Location: The Pinot Noir grapes for this wine are grown in the Guadalupe Vineyard in the Dundee Hills of Oregon.
Vinification: Grapes are destemmed followed by a 5-7 day cold soak with 28 days of extended maceration. Fermented in stainless-steel. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, 25% new, followed by another 12 months in bottle.
