Fourchaume" is the most famous of the Chablis Premiers Crus. As the hillside is an extension of the Grands Crus, it benefits from the same exposure as the latter (south-west exposure), enabling excellent ripeness even in difficult vintages. The wine's extreme roundness is perfectly matched by the minerality typical of Chablis wines.
