    • Description :

      The name "Les Deux Anges" comes from the statue of two angels that were discovered on the estate during the renovation of the winery building.
      The grapes are sorted twice. Pressing and cold stabilization. The fermentation process is temperature-controlled at all times to help preserve the wine's flavors and its subtle character. Aging on the lees helps to add to the wine's complexity.

      60% Syrah, 40% Grenache

      350m ASL

      Soil :

      Shallow clay-limestone soils

      Tasting notes :

      Deux Anges is an elegant rosé, with a pink color and salmon highlights. On the palate, its refreshing acidity enhances its fruity aromas, offering liveliness and good length. Delicate notes of white fruit, such as peach, apricot, and pear, bring balance and finesse to this wine.
