Champagne Franck Pascal

A GROWER LEGACY:
Franck Pascal is the fifth generation of the family to grow grapes and make wine in Baslieux-Sous-Châtillon, on the right bank of the Marne Valley in Champagne, a paradise to Pinot Meunier. He makes wine with his wife, Isabelle Pascal, a microbiologist whose family also has a long history in Champagne. Franck's vineyards are scattered over a six-mile-wide amphitheater with a total of seven hectares under vine.
A PIONEER IN BIODYNAMICS AND NATURAL WINES:
"The masterpiece is inside the fruit." Pioneering the conversion to biodynamic farming and renowned for crafting natural champagnes since the early 2000s, Franck Pascal exemplifies
the best of Pinot Meunier. Franck was the first vigneron in Champagne to convert his vineyards to biodynamic practices and received the Biodyvin certification in 2005. Franck's wines are coveted for their purity, elegance and remarkable aging potential.
