Mossy, earthy aromas, like a choir at the back of the nave. The flavours feel remote, preceded by an instant softness, as vanilla, licorice, nuts and dried fruits mingle with notes of fruity freshness. This is a complex rum, shall we say, a rum that teases. A taste explosion of myrtle, juniper berry and a buttery sweetness of pollen. Flavours rounded and softened, almost brought to life. Chlorophyll tones provide structure.
